Comfortable ,warm and good styling.Could probably have used next size up but overall happy with my purchase.Wouldnt hesitate to buy other items from Pro Bike Kit.

Purchased my second pair for this coming winter. Im 185cm and about 72kg - i find i am generally an XL for all things Castelli, i have both L and XL in this product, and find the XL is better fitting. the tights are very effective in keeping warm - together with a standard base layer top and the Castelli Gabba jersey i feel bulletproof in just about any winter weather (its often around 5-10 degrees celsius when i head off in the morning). Breathes well, so have not had an overheat / sweat problem. From a waterproofing perspective, I would categorise them as water resistant, not proof. Droplets bead off the material exactly as advertised, any heavy amount of rain starts to penetrate, but for legs thats fine. Absolutely recommend as essential bit of winter riding kit.

While these aren't waterproof water beads up on them and rolls off. The pad is a bit on the thick side--not as good as the Progetto X2 in the Sorpasso tights despite the price being approximately the same. These are good for riding in cool and wet conditions and complement Gabba/Perfetto tops.

I bought these as a replacement to the original version of these tights and I am equally as impressed. At 5'10" & 65kg the large is a good fit. I particularly like the light unrestricive feel of these tights and the pad remains comfortable on rides of 80+ miles. Unfortunately, rain dosnt seem to bead on them aswell since their first wash? (Washed at 30oC, used non bio etc etc) but they do still keep light rain at bay quite well. Would recommend but be careful on the sizing.

The Castelli Nanoflex is excellent material. It dispels the water easily, although a little does seem to get in through the seams, but not a lot. Also very warm and fits well/tightly. I guess this will stretch slightly with wear so suggest people persevere if they initially think the item is too small. Nice design and comfy for winter :-)
