Very good product.

Have worn them in temps as low as upper 40's and my knees were toasty warm. Have yet to be in the rain with them. They also do a great job of keeping the wind out.

Great fit

Lightning fast delivery as usual from PBK. Great product - not tried in wet yet, but size and fit is excellent. I'm 180cm and 82kg and L is perfect.

Castelli Nanoflex Kneewarmers

5

Very comfortable, excellent at keeping the wind off and the nanoflex material is great in light showers. Not tested in a heavy downpour but I have the nanoflex arm warmers and these are also very good.

Awesome...Believe the hype

I was a bit skeptical about these even after seeing a video detailing their water resistancy. I am very happy with these knee warmers, they really do keep the knees warm and dry. Bought the Castelli Claudio nanoflex bib shorts at the same time and they are also great. A good combo.

Water-repellent warmers for autumn and spring use - and they actually work

4

The NanoFlex warmers are as soft, stretchy and breathable as any others out there. Nothing unusual on any of those scores. Their real trick is that when water gets on them, rather than soaking in, it mostly just flows off.

Castelli don't claim that these are completely waterproof. Some water does get through, especially if it's hosing down, but most doesn't. I was genuinely taken aback - yep, taken aback - when I put these under the tap to check the claims. It doesn't look like it should work, but it does.

Of course, the sink test is okay as a party trick but it only counts if the fabric can repeat the performance out on the road... and it can. Road spray doesn't get in at all and neither does drizzle. Heavier rain can get through, especially in the areas that scrunch up behind your knees, but far, far less than normal. It's genuinely useful wet-weather protection, especially on this rainy old island where the next shower is never far away.

Well made and well designed!

Really well made leg/knee warmers, put on the right way (they are oriented to accommodate knee bend) these are better than the average leg warmer! These sit high up the thigh so take into account if you have short legs (i.e.buy a size down)!
