Outstanding
5I bought these ‘guards last winter to replace 14 year old SKS thermoplastic ones. These are sturdy without being heavy, keep me dry and free of Yorkshire mud. Fitting was a doddle and the cut-out mud flaps are excellent. They look very smart too on my ageing winter bike. Very strongly recommended.

Not great for a road bike with caliper brakes
2Despite excellent build quality, these are wide and flat and do not fit a road bike well (at least one with Ultegra brakes). Cannot be bothered to send them back, so I am going to get my local bike shop to cut out part of the metal so that they clear the brake calipers. If that doesn't work, they are going in the bin. Had Portland Design Works metal mudguards in the past and they are a much better fit. Disappointed.

Excellent, rattle free
5These are well worth the money. Had them on my winter bike for several months now and they have been absolutely solid throughout. I use this bike over mixed terrain and signs of any rattles or parts working loose. There is enough clearance for 28mm tyres.

Solid
5Really tough metal mudguards. These are completely silent - no plasticky rattle. Don't feel especially heavy despite the solid build. Very smart looking in matte black - they actually elevate the look of my bike! Finally, surprisingly easy to fit - I just needed to add a P Clip for my chainstay bridge. Approve!

5Really well made mudguards, no rattling or annoying vibration, much better than the cheap plastic ones, good investment 👍👍👍👍

Fendoffs
5They're great, I have always used plastic muguards previously that are rather flimsy and rattle. These extruded aluminium are rigid and are a great fit on my Kenisis Titanium Racelight.
