5First impressions off this tyre is very nice hand made quality, tyre was very easy to mount, 25mm tyre measured 24.2mm on my rims they will differ from rim to rim, although I measured them against a Vittoria Corsa and they have the same contact patch, slightly different shape to the Victoria once inflated, more rounded. So far no complaints ride quality is excellent, confidence in corners. I got 2800kms out of the Victoria Corsa on the rear, I'll update this review once this one is worn out. No need for tyre levers, open tubulars appear tight but you need to get the shape into the tyre so it sits in the well of the rim, this will give you more room and the last part of the bead will slip in.

Couldn't get tires to fit.
1I've successfully fit 4 types of tires to my ultegra wheelset without a problem. Absolutely could not get these tires even close to fitting and upon attempting to return I was instructed to take them into a bike shop. Ended up buying some vittorias that fit fine

5Beautifully made tire for the enthusiast who wants to roll on the finest clincher on the market. They roll like butter and look oh so cool on my 1986 Eddy Merckx. You won't find a higher quality tire for your vintage bike than these.

Great Veloflex tires and new size
5These are great tires with a smooth supple ride, and good puncture protection that does not disappoint when riding them. I have ridden thousands of miles on veloflex Masters and other veloflex tires, and have never been anything but pleased. Would suggest these to any one, these are for a new bike with the highest end wheels and braking system I have had, can't wait to get on it.
