I purchased this light in the hope that it could be used as a front light when using the handle bar panniers. Very few other lights available have the clip on options that this one does, as they all focus on handle bar mounting. Handle bar mounting is not possible when your pannier is near the width of the handle bars. I have not been disappointed and found the clip on options and alternative band/strap option has enabled me to use the light both as a front light on the handle bar pannier and when that is not being used, as a light mounted on the handle bar. Would have like a light a little more powerful but for most rides the120 is enough and does meet the legal requirements. I also have found the choices and selection of light phases very logical and simple to get to.
