Made from durable nickel chrome plated heavy gauge steel, the Park Tool TS 2.2 Professional Wheel Truing Stand features long, strong uprights that will accept wheels up to 29", with or without a tyre. With comfortable knobs, the uprights move simultaneously to fit both front and rear wheels, whilst the spring-loaded calipers and caliper arm prevent binding. - L.M.

This stand is solid, heavier than I expected when it arrived. That in itself isn't bad as the weight contributed to it being a stable platform expecially when truing larger and heavier mountainbike wheels which I also have. Recommend to marry this stand with the optional Truing Stand Base which would prevent it tipping over. In terms of accuracy, it's second to none as I found that the caliper arms is perfectly able to gauge lateral and radial truing accurately. While you need to have other companion tools like the Wheel Dishing Gauge and Tension Meter to properly maintain your wheels, having this stand is a must to even start with. The only niggle I had was it was way out of alignment despite it being said to be factory calibrated (according to the manual). I was lucky to have the Centering Gauge which was optional and got it calibrated easily.
