Recommended using this product too help my ibs

Have used this product every day for the last two years as I thought it would help my ibs but in affect the artificial sweetener in this product have made my IBS symptoms a lot worse with diarrhoea, excessive wind and burping Since I stopped using this product a month ago my ibs has improved a lot so would not recommend this product if you suffer with ibs

Just another flavoured tab for the bidon. Hard to gauge quality as performance varies with conditions and because I use saltstick capsules on long rides anyway. A not unpleasant flavouring to water.

I have been using this product for the past three years, adding it to 'top up' my purchases from PBK to qualify for free shipping. This is the first product that enables me to cycle in hot weather (live in Florida) without subsequent leg cramps. I have a scientific background (physician) so I looked into why this product is more effective than Nuun (the product that is most readily available here). I suspect it is the magnesium that provides the additional benefit, along with the usual potassium. I wish this product was more readily available, but shipping from Britain is reliable if not speedy
