Always use high 5, I have found them to be the best Hydration tablet on the market. Brilliant for longer rides when you have to refill your bottles, pop in a tablet and you are ready to go again...Great bundle price!

excellent product

I generally mix 1 tablet with one scoop of the SIS powder and it's a great flavour and a good boost of everything you need to keep you going a bit longer.
