Works, but flavor is interesting
4So I've tried out both flavours of these gels. As gels themselves they work great, go down easily. Contrary to what the other reviewer said I've found that I'm usually all right with just taking the gels without water but to each their own preference. What I have found though is that the orange flavour does leave a longer after taste in your mouth (Which is not a particularly pleasant one at that) whereas the Raspberry one is absolutely delicious. So like all high5 stuff, does the job no fuss and all, but like all sports nutrition the flavours are each to personal taste.

These high 5 gels are great and the caffeine ones are even better!
They are very concentrated so you need to take some water with them but that means you can fit a lot of them into a smaller space, once taken you can really feel the caffeine taking hold and really gives you a boost, great pre race just to give you that starting edge.
My only problem with them is that the taste is a little sharp and tangy.
