4These gels are "pretty good". I think everyone needs to find a gel that works for them and their stomach. These ones work for me (triathlete) in tandem with another brand. On the PRO side for the High5 gels is that they are really easy to thrown down your mouth. Very runny... in fact the most "liquidy" gel I have experienced. On the CON side, they are a bit shorter on calories than what most people are used to, so don't wait 40 minutes or so between shots. More like 20 to 25 min. Overall a good product. I'm happy with them, and I have a few friends that rave about them. Worth trying and see if they work for you.

5The High5 Energy Plus gels are fantastic! I've tried a lot of gels over the past few years and couldn't find anything which had a good choice of flavours and were not overly syrupy. These gels are light and tasty and really easy to digest. The caffeine kicker is also great, particularly on an early morning spin or at the start of a long ride. Best value for money!

5I enjoy the thinner consistency of these gels compared to Clif, PowerBar,... Makes them easier to swallow while riding. Pleasant taste as well.

5This is the first time I've bought this brand. I've used this gel on a couple of 60 mile rides and it kept my energy up. I like that the gel has a thinner consistency than most gels I've tried. I've only tried the raspberry flavor and it tastes pretty good.

5Being a diabetic I occasionally need something that works quickly when I get a low and this product is it. It taste good and works quickly. I always carry some when I ride.
