Sport gel
5Last year I received a sample High5 package with one of my order. The gels are very easy to swallow and it goes down quickly without leaving anything in your mouth. Taken with a bit of water it will give you almost an instantaneous legs boost. The only thing I don’t like is it using synthetics sweeteners, I would rather something natural since it is already from fruit concentrate. Sim

4On longer club rides I take a few of these with me, I don't use 3 per hour but they stop me "hitting the wall" and making it through 100 milers. They seem to do exactly what they set out too, so you can't go wrong.
