Easiest gel to eat
4These are just like other gels in terms of energy gained, the difference is in the liquid consistency making them very easy to get down quick. The flavours where good and on par with other brands. This has to be one of my favourites because I don't have to fight with it trying to get it down while I'm in the middle of a group. Just rip open and drink it down.

Great for the long runs

After 90km of my 180km, these were lifesavers of extra energy.
Much needed and come in a small package for easy transport. A little sticky but that's the point, to lubricate, rehydrate and mostly energise.
I find I need half of what they state, it depends on each person worth a try for rides above 50km.

4Tried these gels in the value pack and they advantageously compare to those of other brands such as power bar, gu, enervit. Their semi-liquid consistency makes them easy to swallow without having to drink half your water bottle!

Excellent gel
4Have used these for 4-5 years now. Easy to go down and taste is ok. Good value as they are half the price compared to my local bike shop here in Australia

Excellent balance of flavour, consistency and carb hit

Best value gel out there. Not too gluggy, I use these for long runs as well as long bike rides and they don't sit in the stomach like some of the thicker gels out there. Excellent value as a box pack. Flavours are subjective - I find the citrus the best.
Once you try these you will be a convert!
