water resistant... not very warm

These leg warmers are very water resistant. They are not very warm, but they do work on cool mornings/rainy days. They compress the legs nicely which helps the leg muscles stay warm and prevents cramping. Overall, solid product.

Great product - note water resistant only.

I have used these in both heavy and light rain. Great in light rain and surface water beads and does not penetrate.

When rain is heavy the droplets do penetrate but the lightness of the warmers makes them feel warmish even when wet and less heavy than standard warmers.

As other reviewers comment they are long but I did choose medium and I am 5 foot 6 inches.

I really liked their lightness and ability to deflect the wind.

Bigger than I thought

Solid looking leg warmers with plenty of silicone grippers. Cut very long as other reviewers have said. Going from sizing chart (I'm 181cm, 80kg) and noting Italian brands including Castelli are often smaller than UK/US brands, I bought a pair in size L. Unfortunately I had to return as they were too big and just wouldn't stay up after one short spin. So be careful with sizing. They didn't appear to be super-warm: which for mild (Sydney) winters is not a bad thing, and I had no opportunity to test water resistance which everyone says is great (they have an outside texture slightly different to other leg warmers - almost grainy).

A bit colder than regular leg warmers

I found them a bit colder then the Castelli Thermoflex warmers, but the the waterproofness is great. They are also a bit long in size M. But all in all an ok purchase.
