Best Tape
5Fizik makes the best tape, it is the only tape that I will use. White tape doesn't get dirty!

5This tape was good. It is good to use on bikes. It feels good on hands. It is good feeling on a bike. It works good on bike handlebars. The color is good also, as I could not find it in any stores in America (Good luck to anyone trying). Good easy to apply; very good product.

4This tape is strong and easy to fit and keep clean (especially if you use Muc-Off wipes). It can be a bit slippery in the wet, but that's easily addressed by wearing track mitts in the rain. I like the thin feel which gives good road feedback and it is durable, I've had 5-6 sets of this over the last few years and this is all I use on my race bikes.

4nice bar tape but be warned it is very thin so offers very little padding. This isn't a problem if you have padding on your mitts.

5After an ongoing love affair with everything Fizik, the product that really shines is this super light grip tape. After using cheaper tape for some time the Fizik stuff sits itself in another league. Hard wearing, aesthetically pleasing & great performance in the wet & even with sweaty hands on hot rides with no gloves. I really can't fault this stuff & I will be using it for a long time to come!

5I've only purchased more of this tape as I'm changing my handlebars. I've had the standard black tape (not the soft touch) for over a year and still in great condition after 5000 plus miles. The tape goes on well and was able to have a couple of attempts around the brake hoods without loosing stickiness! They have a kind of faux leather appearance/texture which is great as you can wipe them clean (gel mishaps). They are of average thickness so offer reasonable cushioning. I don't tend to wear gloves and I've had no issues with vibrations. They grip well in the wet and dry without any tacky feel (which personally I dislike). After trying many types of tape these are my favourite!

5After trying all the big brands this is simply the best tape out there. Lightweight but comfortable after hours on the road and very pleasing to the eye. A classic looking tape but with modern material and construction at its heart - it also cleans up a treat too, important in a white tape!

3I have only had this new bar tape for about 3-4 hours riding but niced on a 1 hours ride in warmer conditions, the tape felt a bit slippery with some sweat on the hands. Maybe it will change as the tape wears in. I have had cork tape and tacky in the past and think that next time I will choose tacky again for the secure feeling of hands on the bars. This is also superlight so don't expect much in the way of stock absorption (which is to be expected.)

5This tape looks great. The soft black looks like real suede. Slightly thinner than my previous tape but still comfortable.
