Topeak Wedge Aero - Small

Good bag. Pretty big for a small. Large enough to carry MTB tube, tools CO2 canister etc.

Small Wedge

5

This bag looks great under the seat and the quality of this bag appears to be very good. It has a little net on the inside of the bags opening to conveniently store your keys. I think this bag is small, I can only get three tire irons, two Co2 cartridges and the regulator and one tube. It is completely full. I can’t get my regular size iPhone in there. Other reviewers have said it was plenty large.

Nice little pack

4

Just the right size for an inflator, spare CO2, levers, tools and a tube. Fits neatly under saddle and is easy to fix. Also water resistant, so contents don't get soggy. What's not to like?

Good Topeak Saddlebag but beware the Velcro

4

Firstly this is 4 stars because of the velcro that secures the bag to the seatpost. This is a way too long for a 27.2 seatpost or a 31 seatpost. So you have an excess that despite cutting it off can still ruin you lycra shorts. BEWARE. But the bag (Small) itself is a great size. I bought the small because I wanted to get the following inside as a minimum. Park Tyre Levers 3. Topeak 18 Multitool with Neoprene case. KMC 10speed missing link. Vittoria 40mm valve Spare inner Tube Park Glueless Patches It has room left for my money and a gel or two if I want. It all fits great. The Micro size would have been a real squeeze and the weight difference is negligible so Small suited me best for all day training etc. It will fit just about any saddle I bet and although the straps can look a little untidy they secure the bag to the saddle rails perfectly. I have other topeak bags with the same straps that are years and years old so they are tough and will last. Waterproofing is good for all day rides with only a little ingress so not a worry.

Perfect sized saddle bag

5

After narrowing down my search between this and the micro sized version I decided to go with this. It's the perfect size and I can fit my multi-tool, 2 tire levers, small patch kit, a tube and my cellphone.

Great value, and not small!!

5

Fantastic value universal fitting saddle pack with plenty of room for all the essentials - can fit iPhone, keys, tyre levers, patches, tube & energy bar in here (just!!). All you need for a ride or fast commute to work. Really tough design (although I've only had mine for a week or so) and I don't understand why the other reviews say the zip is fiddly - yes you do need to focus on what you're doing when undoing the zip but this is a small/medium saddle bag which fits snugly under the saddle so is never going to be easy to open. Not a problem for me. All in all - great value.

Great value - good size

5

Easy to fit and no problems with rubbing on legs. Tail light fits well onto rear of bag.
I can fit 2 tubes, tyre levers and a multitool at a push.
Keeps out most rain although it does get in through the zip when rain is heavy (flicked up from rear tyre).

Bag appears to be made with robust material. The only drawback is to operate the zip well you need to unclip the bag from the seat.

I am very happy with this.

Great value

5

This is my first saddle bag and I chose to get the smaller one as I didn't want to spoil the look of the bike with a bigger much bulkier bag. This bag is spot on, looks great, although it covers the whole stem, the light holder is great and when adjusted correctly and tight, the rear light can be made to face an exact horizontal direction

Although it is 'small', it can fit a lot of things. I usually carry a single tube in this and another in my jersey back pocket, I can stuff a lot more into this bag. The price is great and affordable for such a high quality bag.

Durable

4

I've been riding with this for about 18 months. Considering it's in the firing line of the rear wheel in the rain, it offers reasonable water resistance, though not 100% - you wouldn't put your phone in it.

It's large enough for an inner tube, multi-tool, tyre levers, CO2 cannister and CO2 inflater with space to spare.

If I have one criticism it is the fact that the zip can be fiddly to open and close, because it has to be pulled so close to the saddle. There's a knack to it that you learn after a while but I think they could have designed it so that the zip runs slightly lower.

I have no hesitation recommending it - it is a very durable pack, and for a very reasonable price.
