The Vittoria Corsa G2.0 is a tubeless road race bike tyre that is bursting with technology. At the heart of this new tyre lies the supple 320 TPI Corespun cotton carcass that helps the tyre to conform closer to the tarmac, which increases grip, reduces rolling resistance and improves ride quality. Famous for their use and development of graphene in road bike tyres, Vittoria has refined their latest G2.0 compound.  With this new graphene compound, Vittoria can now manipulate the core molecular structure of the rubber to specifically enhance the speed, grip, durability or reliability of a tyre. Going a step further and using the G2.0 compound in conjunction with 4C technology, Vittoria can even optimise the rubber compound in different areas of a tyre's tread. Thanks to this technology, the centre of the Vittoria Corsa G2.0 is optimised for lower rolling resistance and speed, while the tyre's shoulder offers improved grip when cornering hard. To maximise tyre durability, Vittoria has even added an additional layer of tough rubber compound underneath to prevent punctures and increase longevity. In this tubeless-ready iteration, the Vittoria Corsa G2.0 allows you to ride these tyres at even lower pressures to increase puncture protection, grip and comfort even further.

Great experience so far (after 2200 miles).

This is my first set of tubeless tires and so far it has been very good. I have previously used the non-tubeless version of the Vittoria Corsa G, older version Vittoria Corsa, and Continental GP 4000s. I have a slight preference for Vittoria Corsa over the Continental 4000s due to better ride feel. By comparison to my last set of Vittoria Corsa G running with Vittoria Latex tubes, I don't think these have quite as good of ride feel. I attribute this to the stiffer side walls needed for the tubeless version since there is no inner tube for support, but not completely sure why. I live in northern Utah in the USA and the roads I ride here are pretty good. I lot of the more rural roads are chip-seal, which are fairly rough and not the best for tire wear. The big problem here (besides the normal city road glass, nails, screws, etc.) for flats is a nasty plant called goathead or puncture vine. I would say that 90% of flats here are caused by goathead. Since switching over to the tubeless version, I have had 0 flats in 2200 miles. I have picked out 3 goathead thorns from the tires, but the sealant sealed almost instantly. I am using Effetto Mariposa Caffelatex Tire Sealant, 30 ccs per tire for my 25 mm width. My first experience mounting wasn't too bad. I mounted onto Giant Carbon SLR 1 rims. I did wet the tire beads and the inner rim surface with a little water/liquid soap mix to help them mount easier. I also used a cannister cartridge pump set to 90 psi to eat the bead. It took a couple of tries on each wheel until I got that series of pings that let me know the beads were seating. I've been running 70 psi front, 75 psi rear (I weight 152 lbs, or 69 kgs) and the ride quality is very good without the worry of pinch flats. My last outdoor ride for the year was last week, but from the looks of the tire wear so far I anticipate getting 4000 - 5000 miles from the rear, and more from the front. I normally ride about 6-7000 miles per year, so I'll know next summer what the eventual mileage before replacement is.

Take your time installing and use it for good days

These tyres follow their clincher counterparts: Easy to put on the rims (no tools required) and roll superbly, smoothing out all but the most gruesome pavement. Two caveats, though: 1. When installing them tubeless, they require a good amount of sealant, so don't cheap out. Also take your time to: - Install the tyre - "Paint" the sealant around the beads (and wait a bit) - Inflate to max pressure (and leave it there for a while) - Deflate and put 60 ml of sealant - Inflate to max pressure, again - Play around with the wheel, to make sure you have sealant all around - Do quarter/half turns every couple of hours for the first 24 hours (no, no need to lose sleep, but you know what I mean) - Put to the right pressure AND THEEEEEN go 2. These are good weather/clean road tyres. Try them over dirty winter roads and you will have cuts from day one. Thankfully it is not as bad as with the clincher ones since now you have the sealant to take care of most punctures. Just remember to keep topping it off.

Only for the smooth roads.

I decided to purchase these instead of Gp4000, but the rear 4 punctures so far. 3 attempts at tubless set up. But it struggles to hold its psi. These tyre look great but they are so thin that you need clean smooth roads & in the UK that’s hard to find. Back to COnti,s for me.

Vittoria Corsa G2.0

Wasn't able to put on my rim. 2 People and 1 hour later no luck. I was able to put on the corima wheelset no problem, still fit very tight. But on mfck no luck at all. So just heads up.
