Great
Perfect if you want float for your bad knees but don't want to bother cleaning you cleats every time you put your foot to the ground (other Speedplays are hard to clip in or out of when the least bit of dirt gets in them). Just for that worth the extra buck. Hard on the calf when you miss your clip... All metal.

Great and easy
Coming from MTB cleats (SPD) these are simple to get in and out. Bike fitters recommend these if you want to keep your knees in check. I for one says these are great as I had knee problems previously.

Speedplay Pave
I have been using Speedplay pedals for over 5 years due to having a shot pair of knees. These are a whole big step up from zeros, so easy to clip into and so much of a solid feel to them. I can't fault them in any way, shape or form. Stunning and look great on the bike also
