Great value and quality

Have been using these for a little while now and still perform as new. Easy enough to clip in and out (I've got them on the lightest setting!) but haven't compared them to others! Very stable, secure feel while clipped in, great value for money and deserve more than "entry-level" status!!

Do what they say on the tin!

Very reliable and comfortable pedals..

They offer noticeably more power transfer than MTB SPDs. Although I find the SPDs much better for city cycling for ease of clipping in and out.

This is probably true for all road pedals but I find these more difficult to clip in and out of and its always a slightly nervous time re-clipping in. For long rides in the country they are great though and up hills offer much more stability in power.

No problems in terms of reliability always worked 100% and seem mechanically simple that they will continue to do so.

I have tried the LOOK ones with a larger surface area and these are easier clipping in and out.

The best pedals I've tried so far.

4

Having tried numerous SPD and SPD-SL pedals I decided to take my chances with these Look pedals. I felt SPDs were too small on a contact area and SPD-SL just didn't work for me.

The tension at the lowest setting is perfect for me as I've just started cycling and the float helps keep my knees happy.

The only problem I have with these pedals is the fact they aren't perfectly vertical. They rest at a larger than 90 degree angle when I'm not clipped in which requires me to bend my ankle more than I had to on my SPD-SL pedals.

The cleats also seems to wear out relatively quickly.

Overall these are well worth the money and I'll be buying a 2nd pair for my secondary bike.

high quality, great looking pedal

4

This has been an impressive, solid pedal, which I use for training and racing. The standard cleat provided gives slightly more float than I prefer (4.5 degrees), and there are replacement cleats to provide float from zero to 9 degrees. I love the Look design, but it only allows clip in from one side, which can take some adjustment if you're more inclined to the Speedplay-type. Overall, solid transfer of power, pops with the red color on my bike.

perfect for people who don't want to spend to shave weight. A pedal with a clip-in system that has made its proof

Great pedals

5

I've got 3 sets of these pedals, 1 on each of my bikes. 1 set would have 8000km's on them and are just as good as the day I put them on. I've never done any maintenance on them or had any issues with them.

Great pedals... get the new style cleats

5

Had these pedals for several years and use red (9 degree) cleats - clapped out knees!

Recently bought new style cleats and they are so much better than the older style ones, smoother in, smoother out and float is much easier to feather without disconnecting. I did not adjust the pedals when using the new cleats so I am sure its the new style cleats that have made the difference. Cannot see them presently for sale on PBK site... guys are you getting them in?

Perform just the same function as the more expensive KeO pedals

4

I've got plain KeO Classic pedals on two bikes and KeO Sprint on another and KeO Carbon on my 'best bike'.

The Carbons are very nice, and great to have on my 'best bike', but they're very expensive and realistically the plain Classics do the job just as well for just a very few grammes extra weight : and I can't tell the difference between Sprints & Classics, despite the extra cost

Originally Classics came is just a low-market grey colour, but now you can get them in red or black, just go for them.

Great pedals!

4

I used these for about a year now and there's been nothing wrong with them. They still spin as smooth as the first day I got them. They look great for beginner pedals and perform pretty well considered the low price. They're lightweight and they look great!

Durable/ Excellent Product

5

I have been riding the same Keo Classic pedal for 4 years now. They are lightweight for a pedal of such a low price. I find them much easier to clip into compared to Speedplay pedals. I also don't like the float Speedplay has. The Keo 4.5 degree float is ideal for myself and most riders. A zero degree float is bad on the knees and the 9 doesn't feel very secure for me, nor do I feel I produce as much power. Great buy, worth the money. If nothing else for training purposes!
