Sensors don't fit all bikes
1
Bought this product but returned as sensor didn't fit correctly on rear chain stay. Could not position the speed sensor so it didn't hit the magnet. Only option was to rotate the sensor 180 degrees so it faced up instead of down. The cadence sensor had to be angled beyond 10 degrees to be within working distance.
This product is obviously designed for use with bikes that have straight chain stays but not those with any inward curvature.

trainer friendly
3Cateye stuffs clever details into every cranny of the Strada's design. The speed and cadence pickup is packaged into a single unit, and because speed readings are taken from the rear wheel, it's trainer friendly. The computer's footprint is small, but the two-line display takes up nearly the entire face: It's sharp and easy to read. The cleverest touch is that the whole computer is essentially a button--you press the trailing edge of the body to click through the functions. It's simple and foolproof, even while you're wearing heavy winter gloves.Â

5Highly cost effective, light weight and has a stem mount. Because I'm not a fan of training by Heart Rate and don't have the coin for power this computer provides everything I could need in a cycle computer. It is very easy to set-up and has a good display. The cadence is helpful for indoor trainer session and intervals.
Report this reviewVery informative computer for its incredibly compact size and weight.
4The Cateye Strada Double Wireless provides all the important information in an extremely small package. It has a large easy-to-read display and weighs less than most other trip computers. Wireless feature makes installation clean and clutter free. A bit expensive for this class, but highly recommended.

5Wireless is great and clean looking. Knowing your cadence is a great feature as well. Single button clicking makes this super easy to operate.
Report this reviewgreat computer, needs a backlight
4Very simple, useful cycling computer. Displays are easy to switch back and forth and it has a long battery life. My only complaint is that there is no back light, other than that this is a good product.

I have had this Computer for just under one year, last week the Sensor died on me while out riding.
As somebody else mentioned the Cadence Display could be larger, in my opinion the whole thing could be larger.
Concerning programming, I am a Computer Genius! but have had problems with all my Cateye Bike Computers, the Instructions are niether accurate or great. I got in touch with Cateye in the US they sent me a more detailed set of Instructions but they did not always bring the results I had wished for.
The Dual Sensor is a very nice idea, in spite of some problems, I still find this to be one of the best.
Decent computer
3I have this on my road bike. It is easy to use and has a lot of functions. The battery lasted a year before I had to change it. My biggest issue is that there isn't a backlight. So I cant check my progress when I'm riding at night. Other than that, its a great computer.
Report this reviewNeat Simple Value
4This is neat little computer & simple to use, it gives me all the information I need, the speed reading is large & easy to read however I would like to see a little larger cadence display but great value.
