We arrived quickly and accurately after ordering at a good price. The yellowing brake pads are quiet, fast, and strong. We will buy it again when we use it, and we will actively promote the quality of this product around us. Suggest.
Report this reviewI've known the Yellow King for a good many years. I put them on my 2014 Carcosa and couldn't be happier. No fade out as they warm up steady.
Report this reviewMy old brake blocks proved to be distructive on my carbon rims so I replaced them with the beautiful Yellow King brake blocks. Now I have peace of mind when I approach corners or sit in the bunch because these brakes do exactly what they where designed to do. Fitting was a simple process too thanks to the well thought out packaging of parts.
Report this reviewThese are replacements for my current SwissStop Yellow pads, as I have found these to be far better than the Zipp Carbon pads. Until I am convinced that there is a better option out there I will continue to use these pads.
Report this reviewThese blocks are designed for carbon rims in any weather conditions. What's to say ... I brake, I stop! With no squeak or squeal. Love them!

Ah what a difference! I have been using "cheap" brake pads the last couple of years on a bike/wheels combination deserving of far better.
The advantage of these pads is already clear after a week. They're better in the wet--and don't wear down at 10x rate in the wet--and they are so much quieter. I hear "everything" on my bike, and little noises make me start to look for what might be wrong... so this means one less noise and I can enjoy my super quiet brakes.
They also seem to leave less mess on the rims, and pick up less crud that scratches the rims.
I know yellow might not match every bike, but the upside is these stand out and say "I have great brake pads!"
These cost a lot, but I can see already that while I could have bought three sets of cheaper pads for the same money, I am pretty sure these are going to outlast the "three sets" of what I have been using.
Running these on Easton EC90 Aero wheelset. Have great stopping power for a good decent price. No complaints here.
Report this reviewi use these for my carbon zipp wheels, and the breaking performance is far superior to the regular pads i use with my training wheels. they work best when properly aligned on the wheel, and you can even use them with your regular aluminum breaking surface wheels. they seem a bit expensive though...
Report this reviewI have these pads which i use for my carbon zipp race wheels, and then for training, i switch back to my training wheels and put on the regular pads the difference in braking performance is very noticeable, as the swiss stop have super breaking performance. i know you can run these with aluminum breaking surface as well, but they seem pretty expensive, so i didn't want to wear them out.
Report this reviewI got the 2009 Reynolds Assault and with these pads. They're great on the flat ok on the hills. They do squeel on the hills or hard braking. The Swissstop Yellow pads, which suppose to be the bees knees, with underwhelming results around the hills. I rode once around the hills once and as the descent got steeper (25%) the brake started to squeal and lose braking power. I had to stop to let the brake pads and brake track cool down before the twisty section as I'm not confident that I can brake enough to negotiate the corner. It performed ok after the they cooled down. Honestly, I won't be taking these wheels and pads for mountain races. May use Reynolds own new blue pads to see whether I've better results
