Orange is great
I love this stuff. I have problems eating when going out on the bike but this gets me through. I always take the Orange flavour when going out for rides over an hour and although I am sure that some of the effects are psychological, I really find that it gives me a boost when I need it and allows me to stay out longer and train harder.
It doesn't upset my stomach and is actually quite refreshing.
